Her House of Grace is designed for adults ages 18 and up seeking a peaceful, structured residential living environment. We welcome private-pay residents as well as individuals referred through qualified agencies, healthcare providers, and community partners.
All applicants must upload a valid government-issued photo ID (front and back) and proof of income as part of the application process.
These documents are required in order for your application to be reviewed.
Yes! Her House of Grace welcomes referrals from qualified healthcare providers, case managers, hospitals, government agencies, veterans' organizations, and other community partners. Each referral is reviewed individually to determine the most appropriate residential placement.
Placement decisions are made on an individual basis to ensure the residential environment is appropriate for both the prospective resident and the existing household.
Income or funding verification is required as part of the application process. Acceptable documentation may include recent pay stubs, a new hire or offer letter, government benefit verification, agency funding documentation, or another verifiable source of income.
Payment arrangements are established before residency begins and are coordinated based on the individual's funding source, placement, or approved payment method. Additional payment instructions are provided during the admission process.
No! Credit history is not the primary factor in our application process. Eligibility is determined through an individualized review that considers the applicant's overall circumstances, funding source, and ability to maintain successful residency.
Yes! As part of the application process, Her House of Grace conducts an individualized background review to help ensure appropriate resident placement and compatibility within the residential environment. Background information is reviewed on a case-by-case basis and is not automatically disqualifying.
Yes! All homes include full utilities and complimentary Wi-Fi at no additional cost, allowing residents to plan their monthly expenses with clarity.
Her House of Grace offers flexible residential placements based on each resident's individual needs, funding source, and placement requirements. Our goal is to provide stable, structured housing while maintaining clear expectations and accountability.
No! Her House of Grace is a structured residential living provider, not a treatment facility or transitional housing program. We provide peaceful, structured residential homes where residents are encouraged to live as independently as possible while maintaining personal responsibility and respecting the shared residential environment.
No! Guests are not permitted inside or outside the home. Our homes operate at full residential capacity to protect privacy, safety, and peace for all residents. Residents are free to come and go as they choose and may visit friends or family off-site.
Yes! Her House of Grace encourages residents to maintain employment, attend educational programs, participate in community services, and pursue personal goals while living independently.
