Her House of Grace partners with healthcare providers, hospitals, behavioral health organizations, veterans' programs, community agencies, case managers, social workers, and other approved referral partners to provide stable, high-quality shared housing for adults seeking independent living. 

We accept referrals for adults who are appropriate for independent shared living and may be:

• Transitioning from hospitals or healthcare settings 
• Receiving behavioral health or community-based services 
• Veterans 
• Employed or seeking employment 
• Receiving Social Security, disability, veterans' benefits, employment income, or other verified income 
• Working with case managers or community support providers 
• Rebuilding stability and independent living skills

• Fully furnished shared residential housing 
• Utilities and Wi-Fi included 
• Peaceful, structured living environment 
• Month-to-month residency 
• Independent adult living 
• Collaboration with case managers and approved service providers 
• Convenient Kansas City location
