Resident Payment Overview

Option 1: Zelle (Preferred Method) 

Residents can pay monthly rent payments via Zelle using the official payment information designated by Her House of Grace, LLC.

Zelle payments must include the following information in the payment memo:

• Resident’s first and last name
• Month and year the payment applies to
• The word “Rent”

Example: Jane Doe – February 2026 – Rent

Payments sent without the required memo information, sent to an unauthorized recipient, or otherwise incorrectly submitted will be treated as nonpayment, regardless of screenshots or payment confirmations, unless funds are successfully received and properly identified.

Option 2: Approved Bank Deposit (Wells Fargo)

As an alternative payment method, residents may remit rent payments by cash deposit at Wells Fargo to the designated account for Her House of Grace, LLC.

Banking and deposit instructions are provided directly by the House Mother. Residents are responsible for ensuring deposits are made in sufficient time for funds to be received on or before the rent due date, regardless of the method used.

Option 3: Baselane (Online Payment Platform)

Residents may submit rent payments through Baselane, Her House of Grace, LLC’s approved online rent payment platform.

Payments made through Baselane are subject to service and processing fees assessed by the platform. These fees vary based on the payment method selected and are paid by the resident at the time of payment. Her House of Grace, LLC does not control, waive, or absorb Baselane’s service fees.

For the most current and detailed fee information, residents are responsible for reviewing Baselane’s published pricing and payment policies directly at www.baselane.com.

Payment Instructions & On-Site Access

Payment instructions are provided during resident orientation and are also available via QR codes posted on the community board in the Empowerment Corner of each home. These QR codes direct residents to the correct payment channels and instructions for submitting rent via Zelle. 

Residents are expected to use the provided instructions and approved methods at all times.
