This application is a preliminary step to begin the residency process at Her House of Grace. It is not a lease and does not require a credit check. This form allows us to learn more about you, understand which residency option you’re interested in, and confirm basic eligibility.

Applicants are encouraged to indicate their preferred residency option and provide proof of income so we can determine affordability and next steps. Credit history and past evictions are not a factor in this process.

Information submitted through this application is used solely to:

•  Conduct a soft background check for community safety and confirmation of identity 

•  Review and verify income
   
• Assess availability and shared-living compatibility
   

This application is designed to be simple, respectful, and straightforward. Once reviewed, applicants will be contacted within 48 hours regarding next steps, availability, and scheduling an in-person tour. 

A $50.00 non-refundable application fee is required to process your application. Payment may be submitted via Zelle. When sending payment, please include the following in the memo line:
